Call 01902 407209 and ask for a pin number. The receptionist can also explain the rest of the details you need to know and answer any questions that you may have.
When you call is answered, you will need to give Your Details, Name, Address, Telephone Number and a brief description of the fault.
You will then be given a PIN Number this you type into the
eXpert IT Remote Support Application. You will then be connected to a technician.
The Technician will ask you on the chat facility what your problem is, he will then give you two options, a per minute rate which will start when he / she starts to resolve your problem or a fixed price repair, subject to terms and conditions.
You can select either, he / she will then call you to get your credit or debit card details. Your card will then be authorised (this is a check to ensure the card is valid, and that you have sufficent funds available).
The call will then start, and the technician will help you resolve your problem. At the end of the call you will be told how many minutes will be charged and the charge amount. If you are being charged by the minute. If you agreed a fixed fee this fee will be taken.
